Feeling French - How to Style a Beret

Beret | Denim | Top | Booties (old) Similar | Bag

I absolutely love berets but I have struggled getting myself to actually wear them. I forced myself out of my comfort zone today and wore this black one that I bought off Etsy, and I loved it! I think it completely pulled this outfit together and I am already searching for a cream one to wear next! Also, these cropped kick flare jeans are my new obsession, so cute!

Christmas Gift Ideas for the Fashion Lover

1. Polka Dot Bershka Top- I love this top, it honestly goes with anything and the polka dots just add that extra detail that makes it stand out from just your plain old button up! So cute!

2. Red wool Beret- I love berets right now and this red one is perfect. Red is a popular color right now as well and honestly makes your outfit look 10x cuter.

2. & Other Stories suede kitten heel ankle boots- These are adorable and the perfect black kitten heel in my opinion, so simple and with a shorter heel they can be worn anywhere!

3. Urban Outfitters Albany Fisherman Hat- These are the hats I wear the most often, and they honestly make any outfit look 10x cooler!

4. Topshop Brandy Patent Boots-  Love these, again another classic and simple boot but I love that they are patent leather. In my opinion, patent leather can make any outfit look a little more dressed up and put together.

5. Madewell Loafers- I am obsessed with these loafers! I think they are such an amazing shoe to own and they go with practically anything!

6. Urban Outfitters (Jeffrey Campbell) Boots- I love the white boot trend going on right now and I think these boots are a unique version of just the plain white boot and I also absolutely love the kitten heel!

7. Urban Outfitters Magnolia Cozy Reversible Coat- This coat has been around for a long time and is one of UO staples! It is always going in and out of stock online for a reason. It is so cute and comfy!

8. Zara Red Fur Coat- I have always loved the faux fur trend and this red coat from Zara is stunning!

Chunky Knits for Fall

Sweater (bought on sale in store) | Booties | Denim (cut bottom of jeans myself) | Hat (Vintage)

Sweater (Zara last year) | Jeans | Hat (Vintage) | Booties

Sweaters are my absolute favorite thing to wear. I mean what is better than being cozy 24/7? I definitely know how hard it is to find sweaters that fit cute, don't itch and just overall lay nicely, and all three of these definitely check all of those boxes for me!

Denim

This is absolutely one of my go to outfits lately. I love the simplicity of this look and have been wearing something similar to this over the past couple of weeks. It has definitely been pretty warm down here in So Cal but this outfit doesn't seem to be to overheat me (yet). In the August months I am not so sure it'll work because it tends to stay a consistent 90+ degrees in LA.
Anyways, I hope everyone is having a great summer so far! x

I have recently been absolutely obsessed with hats. I have never been much of a hat person mainly due to the fact that I just enjoyed not having to worry about another item of clothing. But, lately I have been LOVING this baker boy style of hat and no doubt am going to begin my journey into the wonderful world of hats starting now!!!

In Love with Gingham

Top: Here | Pants: Here | Purse: (Old no longer sold at Zara) similar: Here | Sandals: (Old no longer sold at Steve Madden) similar: Here

If their is one print I am absolutely obsessed with this for summer it is gingham. This is surprising because I used to detest this print and believed it resembled old kitchen tablecloths; but now I can't get enough of it! These pants are absolutely perfect for summer because of both the print and how breezy and simple they are. I highly suggest everyone check out their local Zara and try these on because I am sure you'll fall in love with them too! Hope everyone had a wonderful day! x
